Arnaud embarked on his remarkable journey in Cambodia in 1994, quickly distinguishing himself within Accor Hotels. His sharp eye for opportunity and entrepreneurial verve led to the creation of a French fine-dining concept and an import-export business, marking the beginning of his ascent in the industry.
Luu Meng was born in Cambodia and hails form a lineage of culinary celebration, whose grandmother honed her own skills in the Kitchen of the Royal Palace and a mother who has passed on this passion for food.
