We are now looking for a passionate and talented candidate for the position of Food and Beverage Manager to leverage an authentic Italian dining experience.

Job Summary

As a Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the food and beverage operations in our Italian restaurant. Your role is crucial in ensuring the delivery of an authentic Italian dining experience to our guests.


  • Manage all F&B day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines (sales, expenses) and to the highest standards.
  • Collaborate with the chef to create menus, festive or seasonal menus that appeal to our target customers.
  • Ensure the quality of food and beverages meets our high standards and is consistent with authentic Italian cuisine.
  • Manage the inventory of food and beverage items, ensuring fresh ingredients are always available.
  • Handle and train team members to deal with guest inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Hire, train, and lead the F&B team to provide excellent guest service.
  • Identify guests’ needs and respond proactively to all their concerns.
  • Follow the restaurant’s Food Hygiene standards and H.A.C.C.P. guidelines.


  • Diploma in Food and Beverage Services or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Manager or similar role in an Italian restaurant.
  • In-depth knowledge of Italian cuisine, wine, and culture.
  • Mature, disciplined, committed, and a team player with a high energy level.
  • Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently.
  • Ability to lead and train team members to maintain quality consistency.
  • Knowledge of H.A.C.C.P. procedures.
  • Excellent leadership, team management and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English. Knowledge of French and/or Khmer is a plus.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Able to work split shifts, weekends, and holidays.
