Siena Restaurant & Wine Bar is a fine dining restaurant serving exquisite Italian cuisine for lunch and dinner with mouthwatering steaks, seafood, and traditional Italian dishes in the warm ambiance of our cozy dining space on the 27th floor of Flatiron by Meridian, Phnom Penh City Center, Phnom Penh, Cambodia.

We are now looking for a passionate and talented candidate for the position of Executive Chef to leverage an authentic Italian dining experience.


  • Manage the day-to-day kitchen operations.
  • Craft authentic Italian dishes for various occasions and festive seasons.
  • Ensure the highest quality of food produced in line with established standards.
  • Effectively control food costs by following standard recipes, purchasing specifications, and menu costing.
  • Make purchase requests following guidelines and procedures.
  • Follow the restaurant’s Food Hygiene standards and H.A.C.C.P. guidelines.


  • 10 years’ related experience, preferably in a luxury setting.
  • Deep understanding of Italian food history, tradition, and culture.
  • Ability to create, develop, and implement new recipes and menus.
  • Mature, disciplined, committed, and team player with high energy levels.
  • Ability to lead and train team members to maintain quality consistency and leverage Italian culinary skills.
  • Knowledge of H.A.C.C.P. procedures.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
