We were particularly impressed by the fresh sea bass dressed in a delicate vinaigrette with Cambodian fermentation notes and garnished with Sturia caviar, a perfect example of freshness delicately combined with the very Cambodian flavour of prahok.

We would also like to mention the sumptuous slow-cooked pork shoulder, glazed with a Cambodian honey and umami reduction and served with Dauphine potatoes, a dish that is 200% successful.

Not to be forgotten is the exotic dessert, a sweet mango mousse with passion fruit and a signature salted ice cream, an elegant nod to traditional Cambodian depth. All accompanied by the finest wines from the Topaz cellar, undoubtedly one of the best in the capital.
